Nordexx
Brand Identity
Nordexx is a Danish tyre brand offering quality tyres at competitive prices.The brand needed an update in order to take the next step into being a serious global competitor.
I designed the updated identity with respect to the previous version, but more aligned with new technologies and mobile devices. It features a new dynamic logo and typeface which offers a lot of brand recognition while fitting the category. The entire graphic system is designed around the typeface, with both sharp and rounded corners, making it very distinct and cohesive.
Connect. Control.
This two-word sentence is simple and yet thought provoking.
It states the physical advantage of a good tyre, but at the same time it hints at something much larger - namely the fact that in life generally, we must connect to that which we want to influence. We must connect to control.
That's big stuff for a simple rubber product available from 89$, but at the same time, it's what makes Nordexx a global brand to be reckoned with.
The Nordexx brand guide is a good example of the mantra. When we connect and understand, we can control things and create great work.
